NAPA Autotech Xccelerator Deposit Refund Policy
Thank you for placing a NAPA Autotech Xccelerator Deposit (herein also referred to as the product). The product is scheduled to begin shipping by March 30, 2026. We understand that circumstances may change, and we aim to be transparent about our deposit refund policy.
Refund Eligibility:
- Customers may request a refund of their deposit. The refund amount will depend on when the request is submitted:
- If the refund is requested within 30 days of placing the deposit, a 100% refund will be issued (subject to applicable banking and credit card fees).
- If the refund is requested after 30 days of placing the deposit and 60 days before March 1, 2026, an 80% refund of the deposit will be issued (subject to applicable banking and credit card fees).
- Deposits are non-refundable if a refund is requested within 60 days before March 1, 2026. Deposits are non-refundable once the product has shipped.
- If product orders do not begin shipping and are delayed more than 60 days from March 30, 2026, the customer will have an option for a full refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to orders@napaxccelerator.com.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
- Refunds are subject to applicable banking and credit card processing fees, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. These fees are imposed by the payment processors and are outside of our control.
- The exact amount of the fees can vary depending on the payment method and the individual banks involved. We can provide an estimated range of these fees upon request.
Changes to this Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to customers via email.
